On Irpinia hills, a land of ancient traditions, half way between Amalfi Coast and the Adriatic Sea, from Greco di Tufo grapes, we make Grelè. Straw-yellow in colour with complex aromas and a hint of white fruits.

Grapes are produced specifically for us on the best sites of Santa Paolina. We usually make multi-annual contracts with producers in order to guarantee a continuous high level of grape quality.

Wine
making:

Late harvest at the end of october, with careful selection of grapes. The wine making process is carried out partly in still tanks, with controlled temperature, to maximise freshness and grape aromas and partly in French oak tonneaux, to improve wine structure and complexity.

Short fining in bottles. |
Tasting Notes: |
Brilliant and clear, straw-yellow colour, aromas are complex and fruit flavoured. On taste is well balanced.
