Production Area:
On Irpinia hills, a land of ancient traditions, half way between Amalfi Coast and the Adriatic Sea.
Grape Variety:
Greco di Tufo 100%.
grapes are produced specifically for us on the best sites of  the DOCG in order to guarantee a continuous high level of grape quality. 
Wine making:
harvest in october, with careful grapes selection. The wine making process is carried in steel tanks, with controlled temperature, to maximise freshness and grape aromas.
Short fining in bottles.
Tasting Notes:
Brilliant and clear, straw-yellow colour, aromas are complex and fruit flavoured. On taste is well balanced.
Food Affinities: 
Appetizers, white meats, first course (especially pasta), fish.
